Director of Research
Sirjjan brings over 12 years of experience at the intersection of research, policy, and industry, delivering high-impact initiatives that translate technical insights into strategic action. She has worked extensively with governments, research institutions, multilateral organizations, and SMEs to advance innovation and sustainable growth.
At the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), she led a first-of-its-kind nationwide assessment of India’s manufacturing innovation ecosystem, coordinating cross-sector engagement and providing evidence-based policy recommendations to senior decision-makers.
Her work has earned international recognition, including representing India at the Ministry of Finance Japan’s Seminar on Economic Policies, where she received the Outstanding Policy Paper Award. Beyond her formal research portfolio, Sirjjan has founded community development initiatives supporting women and children in underserved urban areas, reinforcing her commitment to inclusive and measurable impact.
At Presidio, Sirjjan leads multidisciplinary research on emerging technologies shaping the built environment. Her recent publications explore how Proptech and Contech are addressing systemic challenges in real estate and construction, and how innovative solutions are advancing efficiency and sustainable resilience in modern data centers.
Sirjjan holds two master’s degrees, including a Master’s in Financial Economics from the University of Nottingham, UK, and is based in New York City.
