Lynn Simon is a recognized expert in global sustainability and ESG with a career spanning nearly three decades of driving behavioral change, shifting mindsets, and collaborating to achieve climate and equity goals across the tech, real estate, and AEC sectors. Currently, she serves as Principal and West Sustainability Services Leader at Arup. She is also the Founder and Advisor at Regenerative Coaching and Consulting, where she coaches and advises a variety of clients, from senior executives to mid-level managers and emerging leaders, on sustainability and ESG, leadership and team development, change management, executive presence, cultural shifts, and networking.
Previously, Lynn was Head of Sustainability within Real Estate and Workplace Services at Google, where she successfully positioned the company to meet its 2030 public commitments by leading the real estate team’s first carbon strategic planning process for Scopes 1, 2, and 3 across the portfolio. She also co-created and facilitated the Regen Lab@Google, a community of 100 industry leaders, disruptors, and trailblazers.
Lynn has received numerous accolades, including the USGBC’s President’s Leadership Award and SHERO leadership award as well as the Women in Sustainability Leadership Award from gb&d magazine. A certified professional coach, she excels in building and retaining client relationships, engaging stakeholders at the Board level, driving cross-functional programs in matrix organizations, and leading multi-disciplinary global teams focused on carbon, waste, water, ecology, health, and DEI.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from University of Washington.
